Jim is a graduate of Binghamton University in New York, where he studied Law and Society, and received his law degree from the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark College in Portland in 1995. Jim has practiced law in both Oregon and New Jersey, and specializes in family law, and estate planning and administration. Jim is a member of the Oregon State Bar, Family Law, and Estate Planning & Administration Sections. Jim is also a member of the Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyer's Association, the Washington County Bar Association, and is licensed to practice law in Oregon. He has previously practiced in both New Jersey and New York.
